任脉、督脉的胚胎发生学探讨OACSTPCD

Discovery of the Embryology of Ren and Du Channels

在考证经筋、经脉的过程中发现:《黄帝内经》对经脉的认识不仅局限于解剖学结构,还具有胚胎发育学的痕迹.任脉是中胚层随内胚层向腹侧卷折形成原始消化管的过程中向腹部中线发育形成的,中胚层的生骨节、生肌节和生皮节组织生成的结构参与了在腹部中线的对接;尿囊和卵黄囊同时被包裹在体内,卵黄囊和尿囊所遗留的残迹成为任脉之别.督脉是中胚层随着外胚层向背侧卷折形成神经管的过程中向背部中线发育形成的,上胚节生肌细胞所形成的背部伸肌主导了督脉的形成,伸肌群肌肉在背部中线结合的棘上韧带形成督脉,督脉将竖脊肌及脊柱连接在一起,竖脊肌成为督脉之别.同时"督脉者……女子入系廷孔,其孔,溺孔之端也……绕篡后"为督脉,"其络循阴器合篡间"为督之络脉,说明《黄帝内经》对会阴部结构的发育来源和过程有深刻了解.

This article discussed the discovery of the residual embryonic marks of Ren and Du channels by comparing their descriptions in Canon of medicine with the knowledge of embryonic development. As the three germ layers of the gastrula develop ,they generate these basic structures. The tissues of the endoderm fold interiorly to form the primitive digestive duct. As the sclerotome,myotome(hypomere),and dermatome segments of the mesoderm layer wrap around the endoderm they fuse along the anterior midline of the body. This is the Ren channel,as represented by the linea alba. With the closure of the anterior body wall,the residual structures of the allantois and yolk sac make up the branch of the Ren channel. The Du channel follows the supraspinal ligament ,along the posterior line of the body. It is the joined tissue between the erector spinae muscles and vertebrae. It develops from the epimere cells of the myotome and sclerotome segments while the neural ectoderm folds posteriorly and gives rise to the neural tube. Also ,the descriptions written in Canon of medicine demonstrate a clear understanding of the origins of urethral and vaginal canals.
