脑瘫是一种在儿童早期出现的永久性运动障碍性疾病,给患儿,家庭及社会带来沉重负担.传统的西医治疗脑瘫仍然是一个终身的多维过程,主要是通过克服发育性功能障碍和学习生活技能以适应新的挑战,通过此方式延长患儿寿命提高其生活质量.但其始终无法修复或逆转脑瘫所导致的永久性功能障碍.近年来,针灸治疗脑瘫方法趋向多样化发展,特别是在改善脑瘫患儿症状方面、患儿身体及心理状态取得了许多新突破.对其机理研究逐步深入,更加明确了疗效的可靠性.针灸治疗脑瘫有效率,治愈率的报道有逐年上升趋势.本文回顾了收录在中文核心,CA、CSCD期刊中近五年来针灸治疗小儿脑性瘫痪的相关文献,通过探讨针灸治疗脑性瘫痪的机制,并希望提供更多的可行的治疗方案,未来可以更广泛的应用于脑瘫的治疗.
Cerebral palsy is a permanent movement disorder that appears in early childhood,which burdens the patients,the patients' family and society greatly.In western medicine,the treatment for cerebral palsy is a lifelong multidimensional process and focuses on overcoming developmental disabilities or learning new ways to accomplish challenging tasks.Conventional western medicine offers no cure for cerebral palsy,holding that the damage is not repairable and the consequential disabilities are permanent.Acupuncture therapy has demonstrated positive results for children with symptoms of cerebral palsy.It is evident that acupuncture has definitely therapeutic effects on improving mental and physical functions for the children with cerebral palsy.The efficacy and curative rate of acupuncture for cerebral palsy from reports have been increased in recent years.We review the relevant literatures of acupuncture treatments for the children with cerebral palsy in the recent five years from the core Chinese journals CA and CSCD.In addition,we explore the mechanism of acupuncture on cerebral palsy and hope that it provides more treatment options that can substantially improve therapeutic outcomes in the future.
