近10年，前庭功能检查有一定进步，其中之一即前庭肌源性电位的逐渐成熟并在临床应用。本文总结这一领域在国内近15年的发展历程，总结这一方法目前的应用情况成绩，同时也指出该方法的不足，以促进国内这一领域的健康发展。
In recent decades,vestibular function tests have developed a bit forward.Among them,vestibular evoked myogenic potentials is becoming mature and is utillized to test otolith function. This paper summerised the development of VEMP in China. And it is also aimed to identified the achievements and shortcoming of this method in order to promote healthy development in otolith function testing.
