目的：探讨综合医院神经科眩晕患者的临床特点。方法：收治眩晕患者80例，设计好眩晕调查表，进行全面调查。结果：80例患者中眩晕病因及眩晕持续时间各不相同。中枢性眩晕15例，周围性眩晕65例。结论：综合医院神经科眩晕患者以周围性眩晕为主，良性阵发性位置性眩晕发病比例较高。
Objective:To discuss the clinical characteristics of patients with vertigo in department of neurology of general hospital. Methods:80 patients with vertigo were selected.The design of vertigo questionnaire to conduct a comprehensive investigation. Results:In 80 cases of vertigo patients,the etiology and duration of vertigo were different.15 cases were central vertigo,and 65 cases were peripheral vertigo.Conclusion:In the general hospital,the patients with vertigo were mainly surrounded by vertigo,and the incidence of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo was higher.
