目的：本文从临床研究、实验研究两个方面对针灸治疗偏头疼的效果进行综述，着重介绍了各种针灸方法治疗偏头疼的临床效果，提出了远期疗效研究是新的研究方向。
In this paper,the author reviewed research development of acupuncture in the treatment of migraines from two aspects of clinical research and experimental study,and introduced the clinical effects of all kinds of acupuncture in the treatment of migraine emphatically,putting forward long-term study as new research direction in the future.
