深圳市市属医院护士时间管理倾向的现状分析OACSTPCD

Time Management Disposition among Nurses in Municipal Hospitals of Shenzhen

目的:探讨深圳市市属医院护士时间管理倾向的现状。方法便利选取深圳市3所市属医院225名护士作为调查对象,采用一般情况问卷及时间管理倾向量表进行测量。对数据采用描述性分析、两独立样本t检验。结果深圳市市属医院护士时间管理倾向总分为(149.46±20.94)分;其中时间价值感维度为(37.10±6.44)分,时间监控观维度为(78.05±11.75)分,时间效能感维度为(34.32±5.47)分。深圳护士的时间管理倾向处于中等水平。深圳护士时间管理倾向得分与北京护士、高校辅导员、企业员工比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),深圳护士得分高于北京护士,低于高校辅导员和企业员工。结论深圳市市属医院护士时间管理倾向处于中等水平,低于其他行业,提示管理者应加强护士时间管理能力的培训,从价值感、监控观、效能感各维度全面提升护士的时间管理水平。

Objective To study time management disposition among nurses in municipal hospitals of Shenzhen. Methods By convenience sampling, 225 nurses from three municipal hospitals of Shenzhen were investigated with a questionnaire of general state and Time Management Disposition Scale. Descriptive statistics, independent-samples T test were applied for data analysis. Results The total score of time management disposition of nurses was 149.46±20.94, sense of time value 37.10±6.44, time control 78.05±11.75, and time efficacy 34.32±5.47, which indicated time management disposition was in the medium level. The score of nurses in Shenzhen is higher than that of those in Beijing, but lower than that of college counselors and employees of enterprises (P<0.05). Conclusion The time management disposition of nurses in municipal hospitals of Shenzhen is in the medium level and nurses’ time management capacity needs to be improved by elevating sense of time value, time control and time efficacy.
