目的 预防全麻术后患者视物模糊的发生.方法 观察100例全麻术后患者发生视物模糊的人数及相关因素,采取护理干预.结果 33例出现视物模糊,与全麻手术用药、眼保护功能降低、术中物理性刺激等因素有关.结论 全麻术前、术中、术后实施适当的眼保护措施和积极的护理干预可有效的防止和降低患者视物模糊的发生.
Objective To prevent the occurrence of blurred vision after general anesthesia.Methods 100 patients who received general anesthesia were chosen. The number of patients with blurred vision was recorded and nursing intervention was performed. Results Blurred vision was present in 33 patients, which was associated with multiple factors including drugs for general anesthesia, decreased protection of eye, and mechanical irritation during operation. Conclusion Intense nursing intervention is effective to prevent and reduce the occurrence of blurred vision after general anesthesia.
