目的:考察姜黄及片姜黄提取物中姜黄素在大鼠体内药动学过程的差异,为姜黄及片姜黄的应用提供依据.方法:SD大鼠分别灌胃给予姜黄及片姜黄提取物,HPLC法测定大鼠血浆中姜黄素的血药浓度,采用3P97药动学软件计算药动学参数.结果:大鼠灌胃给予姜黄及片姜黄提取物后,姜黄素的药-时曲线符合一房室模型;灌胃给予姜黄提取物后姜黄素Cmax为片姜黄提取物的1.76倍,AUC为2.09倍.结论:大鼠灌胃给予姜黄及片姜黄提取物后,2种提取物中姜黄素药动学参数存在明显差异.
Objective:To compare the pharmacokinetics of curcumin extracted from Rhizoma Curcumae Longe and Rhizoma Wenyujin Concisum in rats.Methods: Sprague Dawley rats were administrated extracts of Rhizoma Curcumae Longae and Rhizoma Wenyujin Concisum.The pharmacokinetic parameters were calculated with 3P97 program.Results:The plasma concentration-time curves of curcumin that extracted from Rhizoma Curcumae Longae and Rhizoma Wenyujin Concisum were fitted with one-compartment model respectively.The AUC and Cmax of cureumin extracted from Rhizoma Curcumae Longae were much greater than of extracted from Rhizoma Wenyujin Concisum.Conclusion:There were significantly difference in pharmacokinetic parameters of curcumin in Rhizoma Curoumae Longae and Rhizoma Wenyujin Concisum in rats.
