大食物观理念下森林食物供给现状与对策研究

Food and nutrition are the basis of human survival,and with the growing global population and rising consumption levels,food security has become an increasingly hot topic of concern.However,the global agricultural area is limited and food production has been facing great challenges.The report of the 20th CPC National Congress explicitly calls for the establishment of a big food concept,asking for food from mountains,water,forests,fields,lakes,grasses and sands,broadening the path of food supply,and building a diversified food supply system.Forests are an important part of the diversified food supply system,and forest food not only contains a variety of nutrients,but also has the characteristics of non-pollution and ecology.The proposal of the big food concept provides a new direction for the supply of forest food,and it is of great significance to clarify the current situation of forest food supply in this context to promote China's socio-economic development and guarantee food security.This paper firstly introduces the current situation of forest food supply in China and categorizes it,and analyzes the changes in the supply of woody grains,woody oilseeds,forest fruits,forest vegetables,forest medicinal herbs,and forest beverages and seasonings in China from 2013 to 2021,and the results of the analysis show that:during the period of 2013-2021,the output of China's woody oilseeds and forest medicinal herbs has grown rapidly,with an average annual growth rate of more than 10%.This is followed by forest vegetables,with an average annual growth rate of nearly 5%.Taken together,the production of some forest foods declined slightly in some years,but the overall trend was stable and rising.On this basis,this paper analyzes the supply potential of forest food,and concludes that China's forest food has huge development potential in the four aspects of resource development,planting area improvement,unit production improvement and market development.However,at the same time,the supply of forest food is also facing some problems,and this paper also analyzes the constraints of forest food supply,including the resource management policy is not implemented,the traditional mode of species selection and breeding,the lagging development of processing,the circulation channel is not smooth,and the development of the lack of funds.In order to fully develop the potential of forest food and reduce the pressure on food security,this paper puts forward the following policy recommendations:first,it is necessary to improve the resource management policy and enhance the production function of forest land.Government departments and relevant organizations should strengthen the protection and management of forest resources to prevent over-harvesting and destruction;second,breeding targets should be set in a categorical manner to improve the cultivation of good seeds;third,the sharing of relevant technology and management experience should be promoted to improve the production and processing capacity of forest food.It is necessary to strengthen scientific and technological support and focus on the cultivation of leading enterprises;fourthly,it is necessary to smooth circulation channels and establish reliable sales and distribution channels to increase the market demand for forest foods and further improve the operational efficiency of forest food processing enterprises;fifthly,it is necessary to raise the importance of forest foods to society as a whole and continuously increase support.
