基于传统柳编工艺的现代家具设计——以鲁南柳编为例

This paper discusses the combination of Lunan willow weaving craft and modern furniture design,and analyzes the history and cultural value of traditional willow weaving craft and its potential application in modern furniture design.Lunan willow weaving is a folk handicraft with a long history,with unique regional characteristics and cultural symbolism.Firstly,the historical background of Lunan willow weaving is summarized,pointing out that it originated in the Paleolithic Age,and willow weaving has been used as a living utensil for people.The geographic environment of Lunan region provides unique conditions for the growth of willow,so the willow weaving process can be developed and inherited.Then the craft of Lunan willow weaving was introduced in detail,including the seven steps of harvesting,peeling,aging,soaking,weaving,fumigating and drying,each of which reflects the skill and patience of the craftsmen.The characteristics of the weaving techniques of Lunan willow weaving,such as flat weaving,twisting weaving and strangling weaving,not only show the aesthetic value of the willow weaving craft,but also reflect its practicality and durability.However,willow weaving furniture faces some problems in the modern market,such as poor weather resistance,insufficient structural stability,limitations in styling design and unsuitability for large-scale industrialized production.These problems limit the wide application and development of willow woven furniture.In order to solve these problems,a modern furniture innovation design strategy based on Lunan willow weaving craft is proposed.Firstly,through the innovation of combining multiple materials,combining willow with other environmentally friendly materials such as bamboo,hemp and rattan to improve the durability and practicality of furniture.Secondly,through structural and functional innovation,the modular design method is used to increase the flexibility and personalized needs of furniture.Finally,through cultural element innovation,the traditional culture and auspicious symbols of Lunan region are integrated into furniture design to enhance the cultural added value of willow weaving furniture.Combining the Lunan willow weaving craft with modern furniture design can not only enrich the variety of furniture products,but also inject new vitality into the traditional craft,realizing the perfect integration of tradition and modernity.This combination helps to promote the spread of willow weaving among the public,promote the development of the willow weaving industry chain,drive the local economic growth,and make this traditional craft inherited for a hundred years take on a new vitality in modern furniture.Finally,it is concluded that by systematically analyzing the Lunan willow weaving craft and exploring its application in modern furniture design,it can provide new ideas and directions for the inheritance and development of traditional handicrafts.Through innovative design strategies,it can make the willow weaving furniture more in line with the aesthetic and usage needs of modern consumers on the basis of maintaining green and environmental protection,and at the same time promote the Lunan willow weaving furniture to go out of Shandong and to the world.
