大火巨灾的危害及应对策略
The hazards and coping strategies of Megafire
气候变化和人类活动等因素导致全球大火巨灾发生频率增加，对生态和社会经济产生了巨大影响，现有火灾管理对策面临着越来越大的压力。本文在梳理总结全球典型大火巨灾事件的基础上，系统分析大火巨灾对人类和生态系统的影响，剖析气候变化和人类活动与大火巨灾事件之间的密切关系。本文基于中国的防灭火形势，客观分析我国面临的大火巨灾风险，提出提高公众火灾风险认知、加强森林—城镇交界域的火管理、提升消防救援队伍应对大火巨灾的能力、使用科学的决策支持系统和促进大火巨灾风险防控国际合作等防范应对策略，为科学高效防范大火巨灾风险提供参考。
The increasing frequency of global Megafire, driven by climate change and human activities, profoundly impacts ecosystems and economies. Existing fire management measures are under growing pressure. This paper systematically analyzes the effects of Megafire on humans and ecosystems, emphasizing the close link between climate change, human activities, and fire events. Drawing from China’s fire prevention and control context, we objectively assess the Chinese Mega fire risk. We propose strategies to enhance public awareness, strengthen Wildland-Urban Interface management, improve fire rescue team capabilities, utilize scientific decision support systems, and foster international cooperation. This work serves as a valuable reference for effective fire catastrophe risk prevention.
